Alarma Man is pretty much an instrumental version of The Plot to Blow Up The Eiffel Tower but take out the sax and add synthy aspects and more abrasive tendencies.
i like it alot.

Zach Hill, drummer of Hella. If you don't know who he is you struggle. But maybe you should do a littttttle research. If you do know, you know, you, just, know. Second solo record. guest appearances including Devendra Banhart, Guillermo Scott Herren (Prefuse 73) and members of No Age, Hella, and Deerhoof.
The debut solo album by Avery Tare of Animal Collective.
This is a band i found recently on last.fm. That website is fucking awesome and everyone should have one. ANYWAYS, the Samuel Jackson Five is essentially California Smile meets Jaga Jazzist. or, they are on this album. This shit is fucking ridiculous. I need to get into this band some more.
I found this California band on a blogspot one day and i downloaded it purely based on the band's name. It's hilarious. The music is kinda like an instrumental Maps & Atlases. But since it's instrumental it's way more complicated, and it's kicks alot more ass too. I highly recommend.
A great release from Boston's Irepress. It's super heavy post rock but alot of awesome chill and mellow and jazzy going on's. Their follow-up to this was okay, a few AMAZING parts sprinkled in. But it's real blah. But Samus Octology is a solid release.
eventually i'll get around to uploading all of the Abe Vigoda albums considering they are one of my favorites and they are just so unknown to most. but Skeleton seems to be the hardest to acquire so, here ya go fuckers.

As my first post i'd like to upload the debut EP by Mother Night from New Bedford Massachusetts. This three piece instrumental math rock show terrific range in these 18 short minutes. Songs are always jumping from place to place to place. Anthemic one second and driving another but not before going somewhere completely different on a dime not allowing you to be comfortable.
